Tourist tax: According to the decision of the South Tyrolean Provincial Government, a community residence tax of € 2,40 per person and night must be collected for all persons aged 14 years and older from 01.01.2014. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on the spot.

General sales conditions:
On day of arrival your room is available from 2.00 pm.
Payment: the hotel bill can be paid cash, every type of credit card or EC card can be accepted starting from a minimum stay of 5 days.
Cancellation conditions: Up to maximum 30 days before the agreed day of arrival the contract can be terminated without cancellation fee through a written declaration of the customer. In case of cancellation up to maximum 15 days before the day of arrival the guest must pay 40% of the whole amount. In case of cancellation up to 8 days before the day of arrival 60% of the whole amount must be paid, while in case of cancellation less than 8 days before the day of arrival 70% of the total amount will be invoiced. The agreed price is intended for overnight stay, board and all the rest of the services. In case of binding reservation these general cancellation conditions become law.
